Are these real pearls?

Yes. Every piece is made with genuine freshwater pearls, selected and finished by hand by Riana. Because pearls are natural, each one has its own shape and lustre, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, then take 3 to 5 business days to main centres (5 to 7 to outlying areas). Delivery is FREE over R800, otherwise a flat R90 anywhere in South Africa. You'll get tracking by email and SMS.

What if it doesn't suit me?

You have 30 days to return unworn items in their original packaging. Email info@creativepearls.co.za and we'll guide you through it.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. Checkout is secure and encrypted, and every parcel is tracked and insured. We're a real Cape Town business: you can WhatsApp or call Riana on 083 591 9018, or visit us at one of the markets we exhibit at.

Can I collect my order at a market?

Yes. If you're coming to one of our markets or shows you can collect your order there at no charge. Choose this at checkout or message us first and we'll confirm the details.

Can Riana make something custom?

Often, yes. Send a WhatsApp to 083 591 9018 with what you have in mind (a length, a pearl size, a gift for someone special) and Riana will let you know what's possible.
